2. Client Obligations:

- Any false or misleading information may result in the cancellation of bookings or certifications.
- Clients must comply with safety instructions and policies provided during any training session.
3. Bookings, Payments & Cancellations:
- Course bookings are only confirmed once payment is received or invoiced in writing.
- Cancellations must be made at least 5 working days in advance for a refund (minus admin fees).
- Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a full course fee.
4. Certification:
- Certificates will only be issued to clients who attend and complete the required assessment standards.
- Liri Safety Ltd reserves the right to withhold certification for non-compliance, unsafe conduct, or fraudulent behaviour.
